**3 December 2005 - 4 February 2006**

An exhibition illustrating what it means when fine art - usually the stillest of all the art forms - begins to move. The animations of seven UK artists are on show alongside the other kinds of artworks they make - paintings, photographs, sculptures and live events.

The artists represented are Katy Dove, Paul Morrison, Vong Phaophanit & Claire Oboussier and three who have made animate! commissions [Ann Course](https://animate.org.uk/films/rottingartist/), [Simon Faithfull](https://animate.org.uk/films/13/) and [Dryden Goodwin](https://animate.org.uk/films/flight/).

Curated by Angela Kingston. An Angel Row Gallery exhibition in association with Ferens Art Gallery, Spacex Gallery and LUX. Supported by Art Council England Grants for National Touring and animate!
