### animate! synopsis

At the party, humans, animals and ‘other-worldly’ beings dance the night away.
She’s a monster, she is gorgeous,
He is well fit, my fur is wet.
I’m so happy I’m going to throw up,
I’m going to kick your head in!
We believe in happy endings.

A textured collage of drawn and digital 2D illustration with DV live-action.

Humans indulge in excess and happy party people metamorphose into their more sinister animal alter egos until, reborn, they start the process all over again! (And again!) A lifetime in a night-time unfolds under the light of the moon-like mirrorball.
