### animate! synopsis

Man, house, identity. A prison and a freedom. Explorations in the negative space of the manipulated photographic image. Public, private, poetic.

### short synopsis

A search for his own identity.

A man’s relationship to his house which protects him and imprisons him, both at the same time.

**Within/Without** is a story told through the dark-room processing and manipulation of photographic images.
